Updated: 21 Apr 2025 – This is the final list. Where there may be some fluctuations in the polls, we are confident about these ridings.
(If visiting this page using your phone, turn it to view in landscape mode for a better experience)
With the Liberals surging in the polls, voting strategically to defeat Poilievre’s Conservatives is less necessary. As such, we have only endorsed the Liberals in ridings where we believe the race may be close.
We believe a diversity of political voices are better for democracy. In addition to endorsing NDP, Green and Bloc Québécois candidates where they are most likely to defeat the Conservatives, we have also endorsed NDP and Green incumbents where we think they have a good chance of holding the riding, even if they are up against other centre/left parties.
Endorsed Candidates
How you can help
Voting helps by one vote, but donating directly to the candidate or volunteering can make a difference by many votes. You don’t need to live in the riding to volunteer—there are often many ways to help from home including text and phone banking.
NOTE: If your riding is not listed here, please vote for your preferred candidate.
If your riding is not listed, yours is either a safe Liberal seat, a safe CPC seat, a race between two centre-left parties, or a close multi-party race that is difficult to call. Or, it may be on our list of Special Consideration Ridings.
This is a preliminary list, and is subject to change. We intend to finalize this prior to the advance polls.

Special Consideration Ridings
These are ridings where additional local information may make the Candidate we have identified a better choice. We have included a brief explanation to indicate what is not accounted for in the polling projections that leads us to suspect that the Candidate may be the strategic choice, or why the Candidate could use an additional boost. Plus, there are some ridings where we hope to “Axe the Quacks” and defeat the most extreme CPC candidates, and others still where we think there may be an opportunity to increase political diversity. Please consider donating or volunteering in these ridings.
In some cases, these Candidates may not appear to be the strategic choice according to the polling aggregators, and in others, they may not be strategic at all. If the Liberals hold their lead, strategic voting may not be necessary. Still, we’ve included some projection information along with our typical recommendation so you can decide for yourself.

How do we decide who to endorse?
Most of our endorsements are made using polling data from aggregators like 338 Canada, The Writ, Poliwave and SmartVoting. Predicting ridings is difficult, but these aggregators are generally pretty accurate when looking at broad trends.
Still, when looking at the individual ridings, it’s important to remember that these are not individual riding polls. They are riding projections. They are mathematical predictions for what the riding results will be, based on broad polling trends, demographic information, and a variety of other factors. The margin of error is larger, and there will always be some local factors that they cannot account for.
