Who

We are a coalition of Canadians, groups and individuals, who believe that without cooperation amongst the political parties, we risk being governed by elected officials who do not share the values of the majority of citizens. Our first-past-the-post elections result in majority governments elected with less than 50% of voters. We are observing increasing frustration with our winner-take-all electoral system. Many people try to vote strategically, that is against the party they do not want to win; however, progressive votes are split amongst three competing parties with very similar platforms conceding the win to a party on the right. As the conservative movement drifts more to the far-right, let’s make every vote count for the government we want.
